Junior Solutions Engineer

Work with prospective and existing clients to understand technical requirements and present tailored software/IT solutions.

Assist sales and engineering teams by preparing solution architectures, technical proposals, and product demonstrations.

Support system integration, API workflows, and technical onboarding for customer accounts.

Address client technical queries, resolve solution integration hurdles, and ensure smooth post-sale implementation.

Maintain organized client solution requirement documents, integration trackers, and technical knowledge base articles.

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

3–5 Yrs of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales technical support, or software implementation.

Strong technical background in software systems, web technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

Excellent client-facing communication, problem-solving, and presentation capabilities.
