Actively engage in end-to-end recruitment tasks by executing comprehensive candidate sourcing strategies across multiple job portals and professional networking platforms.

Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, technical capabilities, and cultural alignment with organizational standards.

Seamlessly coordinate with prospective applicants to manage interview schedules, follow up on feedback, and maintain smooth communication lines.

Update and maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment logs accurately to support hiring metrics and targets.

Education: Any Graduate.

Experience: 0 to 2 Years (Freshers and experienced candidates can apply).
