Job Description
Perform inward, in-process, and final quality inspections on manufactured components following standard control plans and inspection standards.
Use precision measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial gauges) to verify dimensional accuracy and part specifications.
Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming or defective materials to prevent line rejections and ensure root cause analysis.
Support the implementation of quality management systems (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001), 7 QC tools, and 5S principles on the shop floor.
Maintain daily inspection records, rejection reports, calibration logs, and quality MIS documentation.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve line quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, or related Engineering disciplines.
Experience: Freshers to 5 Years of experience (Freshers / 1–5 Years).
Familiarity with engineering drawings, quality tools, and measuring instruments.
Basic understanding of quality assurance concepts, defect identification, and shop floor reporting.
