Junior Discipline Engineer

Define, establish, and implement engineering best practices and design rules derived from lessons learned and project requirements.

Support automotive product design workflows, engineering calculations, and system modeling.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to review design feasibility and optimize component performance.

Participate in design validation, risk assessments (DFMEA), and engineering problem-solving activities.

Maintain complete technical documentation, design standard sheets, and project change management logs.

Work Schedule: Full-time.

Bachelor's degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related fields.

2–5 Yrs of engineering experience, preferably within automotive product design or systems engineering.

Strong grasp of engineering design principles, best practice formulation, and industry quality standards.

Excellent analytical, communication, and technical documentation skills.
