Junior Chemical Engineer

Monitor cell voltages, current efficiency, and critical electrochemical process parameters across the production plant.

Take prompt corrective actions whenever deviations, abnormal operating parameters, or cell irregularities occur.

Operate, supervise, and control manufacturing processes using Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to maintain operational continuity.

Maintain regular checks on chemical feed rates, temperature levels, and flow measurements to optimize energy efficiency and output quality.

Ensure strict adherence to environmental health and safety (EHS) protocols, industrial safety norms, and plant operating procedures.

Prepare operational shift logs, equipment health summaries, and technical performance reports for production management.

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field.

3 to 5 years of proven hands-on experience in chemical processing, smelting, or continuous process manufacturing plants.

Demonstrated working exposure to Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and plant process monitoring.

Sound understanding of electrochemical operations, chemical plant instrumentation, and process safety standards.

Strong troubleshooting aptitude, analytical thinking, and ability to work in plant shift operations.
