Job Description
Review and analyze clinical charts, diagnostic records, and medical documentation for medical coding workflows.
Apply life sciences and microbiological terminology to assign accurate clinical procedure and diagnostic codes.
Validate healthcare documentation for compliance with international coding standards (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).
Coordinate with quality audit teams to resolve medical chart queries and billing discrepancies.
Maintain daily operational logs, coding productivity targets, and accuracy benchmarks.
Compensation:
Salary: ₹3.75–4.75 Lacs PA.
Qualifications
Eligibility: Any Life Science, Paramedical, or Medical UG / PG Candidates (B.Sc / M.Sc Microbiology, Biotechnology, Paramedical, etc.).
0–1 Yrs of experience (Open to Freshers).
Solid foundation in biological sciences, medical terminology, and human anatomy.
Good analytical thinking, communication, and computer navigation skills.
