Job Description
Provide day-to-day technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, standard office software, antivirus solutions, and productivity utilities.
Manage local area network (LAN) infrastructure, Wi-Fi routers, network switches, and internet connectivity.
Set up, manage, and monitor solar IoT monitoring hardware, remote data loggers, and inverter communication links.
Handle user account management, password resets, basic data backups, and technical asset inventories.

Qualifications
Diploma / B.Sc / BCA / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Hardware & Networking, or related discipline.
0 to 2 years of experience in IT hardware support, desktop troubleshooting, or network assistance.
Hands-on knowledge of Windows OS, networking protocols (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN), and router configuration.
Familiarity with IoT communication interfaces (RS485, Modbus, Wi-Fi gateways) is an advantage.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and quick responsiveness to IT tickets.
