Investment Banker

Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence for investment opportunities.
Prepare financial models, pitch books, and client presentations.
Support mergers & acquisitions (M&A), fundraising, and capital market transactions.
Analyze financial statements, market trends, and industry performance.
Coordinate with clients, legal advisors, and internal teams to execute transactions.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory.
Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation techniques.
Knowledge of capital markets and regulatory compliance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
