Job Description
Lead investment banking engagements including M&A, fundraising, and advisory services.
Develop financial models and valuation reports for strategic transactions.
Conduct business research, industry analysis, and market assessments.
Prepare investment memorandums and client presentations.
Manage client relationships and ensure successful deal execution.
Qualifications
MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
5–10 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance.
Strong expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring.
Knowledge of legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
