Inventory Support Executive

Support Procurement and Supply chain management functions across healthcare and lab inventory stock.

Execute Data analysis on stock consumption patterns using Excel to maintain optimal reorder levels and eliminate excess inventory.

Monitor critical medical and lab Stock levels to ensure zero stockouts for daily healthcare operations.

Reconcile physical inventory counts with digital database records, identifying and rectifying stock variances.

Coordinate with vendor suppliers and internal procurement leads to schedule timely deliveries.

Maintain comprehensive stock logs, inventory tracking dashboards, and procurement analysis reports.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.

1-3 Yrs of experience in inventory management, data analysis, and supply chain operations.

Highly organized and detail-oriented candidate profile.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, inventory data analysis, and healthcare/lab supply management.
