Import & Export Executive

Handle end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring smooth cargo movement for manufacturing supply chains.

Draft, inspect, and submit accurate customs documentation required for port assessments and regulatory clearances.

Direct Logistics coordination between factory units, port terminals, customs clearance agents, and freight forwarders.

Utilize ERP System software to log trade entries, track stock receipts, and update shipment movement statuses.

Monitor international freight schedules, container loading queues, and delivery lead times.

Leverage strong Communication Skills to negotiate carrier schedules and resolve trade clearance queries promptly.

Maintain organized registries of bill of lading documents, duty payments, and export incentive claims.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or technical streams.

3–5 Yrs of dedicated professional experience in import-export management within manufacturing setups.

Proven proficiency working with ERP systems for trade and inventory management modules.

Deep structural understanding of customs clearance procedures, port logistics, and international trade laws.

Excellent cross-functional coordination, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
