Job Description

Draft, verify, and release key shipping documents, including Bill of Lading (BL), arrival notices, and manifest files.

Execute accurate Export Documentation and Import Documentation procedures within global shipping line frameworks.

Coordinate with port terminals, freight forwarders, and logistics teams to track international shipment movements.

Work across flexible operational schedules (Candidates should be willing to work in any shift, including permanent night shifts).

Verify cargo descriptions, weight certificates, and vessel stowage details to prevent shipping delays or penalties.

Address client and agent documentation queries promptly to ensure smooth port container movement.

Maintain digital logs of container manifests, customs filings, and bill of lading tracking data.

Qualifications

Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or technical fields.

0–1 Yrs of experience, accommodating driven freshers up to mid-level documentation specialists in shipping/logistics.

Flexibility to work in any shift setup, including night shifts.

Baseline understanding of international shipping protocols, container documentation, and trade software.

Excellent written/verbal communication skills and high numerical precision.
