Job Description
Perform preventive maintenance, operation, and technical troubleshooting on commercial HVAC and cooling plants.
Monitor operational parameters, refrigerant pressures, and temperature levels across Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
Inspect electrical control panels, compressor units, and motor drives to prevent cooling equipment breakdowns.
Execute routine filter cleaning, coil servicing, and cooling tower maintenance schedules.
Maintain complete equipment running logs, maintenance history records, and breakdown reports.

Qualifications
ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, EEE, ECE, or Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ Years in commercial HVAC plant maintenance.
Solid technical understanding of chillers, air handling units (AHUs), compressors, and climate control setups.
