Execute Bulk Hiring drives to meet high-volume operational and field staffing requirements efficiently.

Conduct preliminary HR interviews to evaluate candidate interest, communication, and basic qualifications.

Ensure a positive candidate experience across the entire hiring and recruitment lifecycle.

Coordinate interview schedules between applicants and branch managers to ensure smooth evaluation flow.

Maintain organized candidate databases, hiring status trackers, and offer status reports.

Preferred candidate profile: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.

1–3 Yrs of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or volume hiring.

Strong communication, candidate assessment, and organizational skills.

Ability to handle high-volume hiring demands effectively.
