Human Resource Recruiter

Responsible for full-cycle Talent Acquisition and End to End Recruitment routines within healthcare services.

Conduct candidate Sourcing across job portals, professional networks, and referral programs for Non IT Recruitment roles.

Screen applicant resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability for operational teams.

Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and track candidate progress through hiring pipelines.

Facilitate offer letters, candidate follow-ups, and pre-onboarding documentation procedures.

Maintain complete candidate databases, recruitment tracking logs, and weekly hiring status reports.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

1–3 Yrs of experience, making it an ideal role for entry-level freshers as well as early-career recruiters.

Candidate expectations: Should be proactive and should have good communication skills.

Strong candidate sourcing abilities, interpersonal coordination, and organizational habits.
