Job Description
Serve as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) HSE Engineer for large-scale utility wind power projects.
Supervise contractor compliance during Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) foundation, lifting, assembly, and erection operations.
Enforce high-voltage electrical safety standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and working-at-height safety guidelines.
Conduct comprehensive Job Safety Analyses (JSA), hazard identification, and risk assessments for specialized heavy-crane lifts.
Oversee site emergency response readiness, conduct periodic drills, and audit heavy machinery/rigging tackle.
Track project HSE key performance indicators, incident frequency rates, and submit daily/weekly client reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Safety Engineering.
5-8 Yrs of experience in HSE management, with strong expertise in renewable energy / Wind PMC projects.
Certifications Preferred: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, ADIS (Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety), or equivalent.
Deep technical understanding of WTG erection safety, crane lifting plans, and electrical LOTO procedures.
