Job Description
Direct, implement, and oversee Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems across oil & gas construction and production sites.
Manage high-risk on-site activities by enforcing Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and site safety protocols.
Implement environmental management programs and waste minimization initiatives aligned with ISO 14001 standards.
Conduct regular site safety inspections, contractor audits, and environmental compliance reviews.
Investigate incidents and near-misses, perform root cause analyses, and implement preventive corrective actions.
Maintain daily/weekly HSE performance metrics, statutory compliance registers, and incident reporting logs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Fire & Safety, or related disciplines.
5-8 Yrs of experience (with 12+ years preferred) in oil & gas construction or production site operations.
Deep knowledge of PTW management, ISO 14001 standards, and oilfield safety regulations.
Strong leadership, site supervision, and safety training capabilities.
