Job Description
Implement, monitor, and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management systems across oil & gas and construction project sites.
Ensure strict compliance with ADNOC safety standards, local GCC regulatory frameworks, and client HSE requirements.
Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA), Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and tool-box talks for on-site personnel.
Perform regular safety inspections, manage permit-to-work (PTW) systems, and audit site plant, machinery, and equipment.
Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Prepare comprehensive daily/monthly HSE statistical reports, audit summaries, and emergency response plans.
Compensation:
Salary: ₹30 Lacs PA.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
8–12 Yrs of specialized HSE experience in oil & gas or major construction projects (GCC/ADNOC experience preferred).
Mandatory Certifications: NEBOSH IGC and IOSH certifications.
Deep knowledge of international safety codes, environmental regulations, and emergency preparedness.
