Job Description
Develop, administrate, and enforce comprehensive corporate HSE policies, project manuals, and safety standards for large engineering projects.
Facilitate site safety training programs, toolbox talks, and workforce safety inductions.
Supervise on-site safety coordinators and project supervisors to ensure zero-incident culture and standard compliance.
Evaluate environmental risk factors, including site hydrology, runoff controls, and hazardous materials management.
Perform detailed HSE program audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance reviews.
Prepare HSE technical documentation, statistical performance reports, and executive summary dashboards.
Work Authorization:

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Safety, Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical).
5–8 Yrs of HSE engineering experience in large-scale EPC, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.
Strong background in HSE administration, safety manual development, and site supervision.
Relevant certifications in industrial safety (NEBOSH / IOSH / CSP) are preferred.
