Job Description
Manage end-to-end EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols across wind and solar renewable energy generation sites.
Enforce Industrial safety standards, zero-harm policies, and hazard identification protocols on active operational plants.
Implement Environmental science initiatives, waste management procedures, and ecological compliance routines.
Ensure site adherence to international management standards, including ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
Conduct regular EHS audits, site safety walk-throughs, incident investigations, and root-cause evaluations.
Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and continuous training to field technicians and operations personnel.
Maintain comprehensive environmental compliance records, safety audit registers, and statutory safety logs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related disciplines.
1-3 Yrs of hands-on experience in HSE operations, preferably within the Renewable energy (Wind/Solar) sector.
In-depth understanding of ISO 14001 standards, industrial safety regulations, and environmental management.
Strong field execution discipline, hazard assessment capabilities, and communication skills.
