HSE Engineer

Supervise day-to-day Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS / SHE) operations at power plant and renewable energy project sites.

Execute regular HSE audits, compliance inspections, and safety risk assessments across construction and operational zones.

Implement occupational health programs, environmental protection guidelines, and hazard control measures.

Monitor compliance of subcontractors and third-party workforce with corporate safety protocols and PPE policies.

Facilitate incident reporting, conduct causal analyses, and track the timely closure of audit findings.

Maintain complete HSE documentation, legal compliance registers, safety records, and training logs.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related technical field.

5–8 Yrs of hands-on experience in EHS/HSE management within power, energy, or large infrastructure projects.

Solid understanding of EHS legal frameworks, factory rules, and environmental management guidelines.

Strong communication, auditing, and on-site team management capabilities.
