Hse Design Engineer

Perform technical safety and loss prevention design for oil, gas, and energy infrastructure projects.

Execute Detail Design engineering deliverables for active and passive Fire Protection systems, firewater networks, and safety layouts.

Conduct Hydraulic Calculations for firewater ring mains and deluge systems using industry-standard software tools like Pipenet.

Support Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and detail engineering phases, integrating safety studies into overall plant layout models.

Perform consequence and hazard modeling studies using simulation tools such as Phast.

Coordinate cross-functionally with process, piping, and instrumentation teams to ensure full HSE compliance and risk mitigation.

Maintain complete safety design specifications, fire protection design reports, and risk study documentation.

Bachelors degree in engineering (Chemical, Safety, Mechanical, or related disciplines).

1-3 Yrs of experience (with around 10 years dedicated to technical safety and loss prevention).

Specialized expertise in HSE detail design, FEED, software tools (Pipenet, Phast), hydraulic calculations, and fire protection engineering.

Strong technical safety background, analytical risk modeling capabilities, and engineering project coordination skills.
