HR Recruiters

Execute end-to-end recruitment pipelines, active candidate sourcing strategies, and resume screening workflows.

Manage institutional outreach, targeting specialized educational hubs such as IT college, AKTU, and AGDC networks for campus hiring.

Handle day-to-day candidate evaluation, profile filtering, and structured interview coordination.

Support team recruitment targets, track placement metrics, and provide guidance as a Team Lead.

Adhere strictly to operational work timings (9 am to 6 pm) and daily delivery schedules.

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

0–1 Yrs of experience, accommodating both freshers and experienced recruitment professionals.

Mandatory requirement: Excellent communication skills and professional interpersonal abilities.

Strong structural understanding of campus recruitment pipelines and bulk hiring frameworks.
