Drive recruitment activities across BPO Hiring, IT Recruitment, and Non IT staffing domains.

Source energetic and result-oriented candidates using job portals, social media, and database searches.

Screen candidate applications, conduct initial phone assessments, and schedule interviews with client panels.

Maintain active communication with candidates to ensure seamless interview attendance and onboarding.

Support overall talent acquisition routines, candidate engagement, and joining logistics.

Keep comprehensive daily recruitment call records, applicant status updates, and hiring logs.

Any Graduate or Master's degree in Human Resources or related fields.

0–1 Yrs of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition functions.

Role requirement: Female candidates preferred (Prefers women).

High energy, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills.
