HR Manager

Lead end-to-end human resources operations, manpower planning, and talent acquisition across facilities.

Manage large-scale employee relations, grievance handling, and industrial relations (IR) / union matters.

Oversee workforce engagement, retention initiatives, and performance management strategies.

Supervise site project handling, client interactions, and customer coordination on HR deliverables.

Ensure comprehensive adherence to statutory compliances, audits, and Indian labour laws.

Drive operational efficiency, safety protocols, and workplace harmony across plant and warehouse operations.

MBA / PGDM / MSW in Human Resources preferred.

12 to 15 Years of solid human resources experience within the logistics or manufacturing sectors.

Proven track record of managing large workforce volumes (1,500+ employees), particularly blue-collar teams.

In-depth expertise in industrial relations, union handling, and comprehensive labor legislation.

Strong leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and cross-functional people-management skills.
