Job Description
Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance, and employee engagement.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs aligned with business goals.
Build and lead a high-performing HR team.
Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and support organizational growth.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Labour Laws etc.) and maintain employee records.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and talent development initiatives.
Handle escalations and ensure a positive work culture across all sites and offices.

Qualifications
Education: MBA / PG in HR or related field is preferred (additional qualification will be an advantage).
Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (Manager/Senior Manager level).
Industry Experience: Strong exposure to the construction industry is mandatory.
