Housekeeping Manager

Manage end-to-end Housekeeping Management, Soft Services, and Facility Services operations across co-living properties.

Oversee inventory management for cleaning chemicals, linens, and housekeeping equipment to ensure continuous supply.

Lead vendor management routines, negotiating contracts and supervising external housekeeping agency performance.

Conduct regular quality audits to uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and room maintenance standards.

Direct and schedule housekeeping staff, enforcing standard operating procedures and property upkeep.

Maintain organized inventory tracking sheets, vendor service logs, and quality audit reports.

Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Facility Management, or related hospitality fields.

1-3 Yrs of experience in housekeeping management, soft services, or facility operations.

Hands-on exposure to inventory management, vendor management, and quality audits.

Strong leadership, operational execution, and vendor coordination capabilities.
