Hospital Sales Executive

Drive business development and client enrollments for umbilical cord stem cell banking and regenerative therapeutics services.

Visit partner hospitals, maternity clinics, and obstetricians/gynecologists to build strong referral networks.

Conduct face-to-face counseling sessions with expectant parents to explain the medical benefits, procedures, and packages of stem cell preservation.

Coordinate sample collection logistics with hospital labor rooms and logistics teams ensuring cold-chain integrity.

Achieve monthly and quarterly client conversion targets across assigned hospital territories.

Maintain comprehensive hospital visit reports, lead status sheets, and client enrollment agreements.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹3.5–7 Lacs PA.

Graduate / Postgraduate degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related healthcare fields (General graduates with medical/pharma sales passion eligible).

1-3 Yrs of experience in hospital sales, stem cell banking, pharmaceutical detailing, or healthcare field sales (Open to Freshers).

Strong scientific presentation, relationship management, and consultative selling abilities.

Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for regular field travel.
