Inventory Executive

Manage end-to-end e-commerce stock management and Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) inventory workflows.

Oversee Order Management routines, tracking inventory allocation across multiple online channels to prevent stockouts.

Coordinate incoming inventory dispatches to FBA fulfillment centers, ensuring adherence to packaging and labeling standards.

Execute daily stock tracking, inventory reconciliation, and product variance checks in storage units.

Collaborate with logistics and vendor teams to ensure smooth stock movement and order fulfillment execution.

Maintain clean inventory logs, order tracking registers, and stock movement reports.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, or related disciplines.
1-3 Yrs of hands-on experience in inventory management, specifically handling e-commerce platforms and Amazon FBA.

Strong working knowledge of Amazon FBA portals, order management workflows, and inventory tracking tools.

Solid analytical, organizational, and inventory troubleshooting capabilities.
