Job Description

Lead the strategic direction, growth execution, and advisory operations of the enterprise Investment Banking division.
Drive high-value capital allocation strategies, fund sourcing parameters, and structured corporate financing operations.
Formulate robust, compliant asset portfolios and syndication deals by adhering strictly to SEBI REGULATIONS frameworks.
Collaborate closely with institutional investment partners, including specialized Venture Capital networks and global Hedge Funds units.
Analyze complex transactional boundaries, structural equity instruments, and asset metrics across the Capital Market landscape.
Manage client accounts and high-net-worth stakeholder portfolios as the primary lead corporate Investor advisor.
Perform meticulous financial compliance diagnostic checks, asset evaluations, and regulatory risk validation loops regularly.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance), Chartered Accountancy (CA), CFA charterholder, or related quantitative financial tracks.
12-15 years of total professional financial industry experience, demanding 15+ years of specialized experience in investment banking domains.
Direct, verifiable history operating successfully within the BFSI, digital wealth management, or high-scale Fintech sectors.
Deep structural command handling equity advisory frameworks, corporate valuations, and public capital markets.
Exceptional strategic leadership logic combined with excellent presentation capabilities and cross-functional negotiation skills.
