Job Description
Undergo structured technical and operational training across automotive manufacturing and engineering processes.
Support production, quality, maintenance, and assembly line operations under the guidance of senior engineers.
Assist in monitoring shop floor machine operations, tracking cycle times, and minimizing line downtime.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), 5S methodologies, and workplace safety protocols.
Maintain daily shift activity logs, production trackers, and basic technical documentation.

Qualifications
B.E. Mechanical / B.E. Electrical & Electronics Engineering (B.EEE) – Pass or Fail candidates eligible.
Experience: Fresher.
Strong willingness to learn automotive manufacturing systems and shop floor practices.
Good technical fundamentals, problem-solving mindset, and teamwork skills.
