With 65 stores across 13 states, we are steadily expanding our presence nationally. Our engineers work on practical, real-world problems building tools that directly impact operations, inventory management, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and build full-stack features using React and Python

2. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services

3. Write automation scripts to streamline internal workflows

4. Work with PostgreSQL / MySQL for data storage and querying

5. Integrate AI and LLM tools into products and internal systems

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features

7. Participate in code reviews and follow good development practices

What We're Looking For

1. 1 to 4 years of hands-on software development experience

2. Strong coding skills in Python and ability to build UIs with React

3. Good experience working with PostgreSQL and MySQL

4. Experience building or consuming REST APIs

5. Proven ability to write automation scripts and handle repetitive workflows through code

6. Strong understanding of software development practices and clean coding standards

7. Exposure to Machine Learning concepts and frameworks is preferred

8. Hands-on experience or familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and tools such as OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, or LangChain will be a strong advantage
