Fresher - UI/UX designer

We seek a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team, offering an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level designer to kickstart their career in user interface and experience design.

Responsibilities :
Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insightsv and improve designs.
Refine designs iteratively by incorporating user feedback and stakeholder input and adhering to design best practices.
Ensure consistency and coherence across all user interface aspects, including layout, typography, colour, and branding.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to improve skills and knowledge continuously.
Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders.
As needed, assist in creating design documentation, style guides, and design
specifications.

Required Skills :
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
Solid understanding of design principles, usability, and user-centered design processes.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Eager to learn and grow in the field of UI/UX design.
