Job Description
Oversee day-to-day hotel finance and accounting operations, ensuring financial integrity, ledger accuracy, and timely month-end/year-end closures.
Supervise general ledger maintenance, accounts reconciliation, balance sheet reviews, and statutory tax compliance (GST, TDS, direct/indirect taxes).
Drive quality processes and internal audit controls to adhere to standard hospitality financial operating guidelines and brand standards.
Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual operating budgets, periodic forecasts, variance analyses, and financial MIS reports.
Lead, mentor, and counsel the finance and accounting team, supporting performance management and staff development.
Coordinate with internal/external auditors, bank partners, and corporate leadership to support seamless financial governance and elevated customer/guest service standards.
Qualifications
4-Year Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA / CMA).
2 to 7 Years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably within the hospitality, luxury hotel, or service sector.
In-depth understanding of general ledger accounting, tax regulations, financial auditing, and statutory reporting.
Strong leadership, team mentoring/counseling, and executive communication skills.
