Field Services

Provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational ownership for transit field service operations.

Oversee end-to-end field project execution, system troubleshooting, and site lifecycle support.

Drive product management initiatives and operational excellence across field deployment contracts.

Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to expand service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Ensure strict adherence to rail transit safety standards, technical compliance, and contractual service agreements.

Manage regional field service budgets, resource allocation, and talent development.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

3 to 5 years of extensive experience in field operations, transit systems, or large-scale industrial service management.

Proven track record in project execution, product management, and high-level technical troubleshooting.

Strong leadership capability with experience steering cross-functional teams and operational strategies.

Solid communication, client relationship management, and commercial negotiation skills.
