Field Service Engineer

Manage field service delivery, installation supervision, and commissioning for power grid and energy infrastructure equipment.

Create and maintain good relationships with customers while identifying new sales and service opportunity leads.

Ensure strict site compliance with international quality, safety, and electrical grid standards.

Conduct Data Collection and diagnostic testing to evaluate equipment health and power transmission parameters.

Deliver high Customer Satisfaction through prompt response times, technical troubleshooting, and quality repairs.

Maintain organized field execution reports, compliance archives, and service ticket resolution logs.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Power Systems.

1-3 Yrs of core experience in field service engineering, electrical substations, or energy infrastructure projects.

Strong technical background in electronics engineering, diagnostic testing, and field compliance protocols.

High customer-relationship management skills, analytical capabilities, and field leadership discipline.
