Field Service Engineer

Deliver field technical support, machinery installation, and commissioning services for textile or CNC machine equipment.

Evaluate and research customer demands by analyzing feedback from incoming service request tickets.

Execute structured preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs to ensure high machine operational efficiency.

Drive business excellence initiatives, gathering market insights and customer feedback to improve product reliability.

Train client technicians on machine operations, daily upkeep routines, and safety practices.

Maintain complete service call logs, field maintenance reports, and customer sign-off documentation.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Textile Technology, or Electrical Engineering.

1-3 Yrs of experience in field machinery servicing, customer support, and industrial maintenance.

Solid technical grasp of preventive maintenance, diagnostic troubleshooting, and customer service operations.

Excellent interpersonal skills, field mobility, and market-driven problem-solving capabilities.
