Field Sales Officer

Drive on-ground field sales, retail distribution, and direct customer acquisition for ACP sheets and building material products.

Generate new sales leads by visiting retail dealers, fabricators, architects, contractors, and building construction sites.

Promote product ranges, conduct product demonstrations, and explain technical specifications to prospective buyers.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with dealer networks and retail partners across assigned territories.

Track order fulfillment, manage payment collections, and coordinate with dispatch teams for timely delivery.

Maintain daily field visit logs, lead tracking registers, and sales performance reports.

Job Type & Compensation:

Job Type: Full Time.

Salary: ₹2–3 Lacs PA.

Higher Secondary (10+2), Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream.

1-3 Yrs of experience in field sales, B2C sales, retail channel sales, or building materials (Open to Freshers).

Strong persuasion, direct selling, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned local territory.
