Field Sales Officer

Generate leads and drive direct field sales for the Micro LAP (Loan Against Property) retail loan portfolio.

Build and manage a strong network of local DSA/connectors, property brokers, and direct customer referrals across Chengalpattu and surrounding areas.

Conduct field visits to evaluate prospective customer profiles, business activities, and property details.

Collect necessary KYC documents, property title papers, and financial records for loan application processing.

Coordinate with credit and underwriting teams to facilitate fast processing, property valuation, legal verification, and quick sanction/disbursal decisions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets while ensuring portfolio quality and compliance.

Maintain regular customer contact to ensure high satisfaction, address queries, and support smooth onboarding.

Any Graduate / Higher Secondary (10+2 / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree).

Minimum 1 Year of experience specifically in LAP (Loan Against Property) / Mortgage / Secured retail lending products.

Strong knowledge of the local micro-market and real estate/collateral landscape in Chengalpattu.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and field sales capabilities.
