Field Sales Officer

Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying and onboarding new individual clients.

Generate qualified leads through local area networking, cold calling, referral programs, and B2C marketing activities.

Conduct face-to-face client meetings to assess financial security requirements and pitch suitable life insurance/savings plans.

Guide customers through the end-to-end policy onboarding, documentation verification, and premium collection processes.

Deliver high-quality post-sales service, manage policy renewals, and foster long-term client relationships.

Maintain daily field activity reports, prospective pipeline updates, and client meeting trackers.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹0–4.4 Lacs PA.

Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Higher Secondary.

1-3 Yrs of experience in life insurance sales, banking/financial products, direct sales, or B2C marketing (Freshers welcome).

Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.

Highly target-driven mindset with self-motivation for field sales.
