Field Sales Executive

Onboard local retail merchants, shopkeepers, and commercial establishments onto the PhonePe payment platform.

Pitch and deploy PhonePe Payment QR Codes and Soundbox devices at merchant locations.

Educate merchants on digital transaction processing, settlement features, and product usage.

Drive active transaction volume across onboarded merchant accounts through regular follow-up visits.

Resolve basic merchant operational issues, device setup queries, and QR code placement challenges.

Maintain daily merchant onboarding logs, terminal deployment records, and field route tracking.

Any Graduate or Higher Secondary qualification.

0–1 Yrs of total experience, proven working experience of 3–6 Months in a sales role.

Work model: Hybrid in Mangaluru and surrounding regions.

Strong willingness for daily field travel and direct merchant interactions.
