Job Description
Plan and oversee daily farm operations to ensure efficient agricultural production.
Monitor crop cultivation, plantation maintenance, and harvesting activities.
Manage farm staff, equipment, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with agricultural quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Prepare farm performance reports and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in farm management or plantation operations.
Knowledge of crop management, irrigation, and soil conservation.
Ability to supervise teams and coordinate field activities.
Good communication and organizational skills.
