Job Description
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all global export-import transactions.
Prepare, audit, and manage full import documentation sets, including bills of entry, shipping bills, and commercial invoices.
Coordinate custom clearance processes with freight forwarders, port authorities, and customs house agents (CHA).
Oversee international shipment schedules, tracking cargo containers from origin to final destination.
Manage import compliance schemes such as epcg (Export Promotion Capital Goods) and duty benefit documentation.
Liaise with international logistics carriers to obtain competitive freight rates and ensure timely vessel bookings.
Keep comprehensive audit trails for regulatory customs documentation and trade compliance logs.
Qualifications
Any graduate degree in International Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
3–5 Yrs of hands-on experience handling export-import logistics and customs procedures.
Practical understanding of foreign trade policy, EPCG schemes, and customs clearance workflows.
Strong organizational skills, high numerical accuracy, and clear cross-border communication capabilities.
