Job Description
Handle end-to-end export documentation (pre & post shipment), preparing shipping bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
Manage Advance Authorization, export incentive schemes, and DGFT licensing documentation for raw material imports.
Coordinate with customs house agents (CHA) and port authorities to facilitate smooth Custom Clearance processes.
Track international vessel schedules, container bookings, and bill of lading releases.
Verify cross-border Import Documentation and EXIM regulatory compliance sets for all consignments.
Liaise with logistics partners and shipping lines to negotiate freight terms and ensure timely dispatches.
Maintain complete archival logs of shipping bills, duty drawbacks, and bank realization certificates (BRC).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
3–5 Yrs of experience in export-import documentation and customs clearance.
Strong baseline understanding of DGFT policies, Advance Authorization, EXIM guidelines, and shipping paperwork.
High attention to detail, systematic record-keeping, and clear coordination habits.
