Executive - Warehouse Operations

Direct daily contract logistics operations, managing inbound, storage, and Outbound shipping workflows.

Plan required manpower capacity in line with daily volume fluctuations across large-scale facilities (150 plus staff setups).

Execute comprehensive Operations management functions to meet client service-level agreements (SLAs).

Monitor high-density Warehouse storage layouts, picking lines, and loading dock workflows.

Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, throughput speed, and labor productivity.

Implement inventory control procedures, cycle counts, and audit protocols across contract operations.

Maintain clear operational documentation, shift handovers, and performance reporting metrics.

Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or related fields.

0–1 Yrs of experience, making it an excellent opportunity for freshers or junior logistics executives.

Demonstrated ability to plan manpower and scale operations to handle large team sizes and volume spikes.

Baseline understanding of contract logistics, warehouse management systems, and outbound operations.

Strong analytical, shift coordination, and team leadership capabilities.
