Job Description
Supervise sheet metal stamping, press shop, and fabrication line operations to meet shift production targets.
Ensure optimal machine utilization, reduce cycle times, and minimize line downtime and scrap generation.
Monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and ensure adherence to shop floor safety norms.
Implement 5S workplace organization, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing practices on the production line.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and PPC teams to maintain uninterrupted workflow.

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering.
3 to 6 Years of core experience in sheet metal fabrication, press shop, or automotive component manufacturing.
Strong leadership, manpower handling, and shift management abilities.
