Job Description
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for heavy mechanical presses, hydraulic systems, and automation lines.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, PLC, CNC, and mechanical equipment breakdowns to maximize plant uptime.
Oversee spare parts inventory management, critical component availability, and utility systems (compressors, DG sets, power distribution).
Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars, Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) improvement initiatives.
Ensure strict adherence to plant electrical safety standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and statutory maintenance compliance.

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics (EEE) / Mechanical Engineering.
3 to 6 Years of hands-on experience in plant maintenance within sheet metal or automotive manufacturing plants.
In-depth knowledge of mechanical hydraulics/pneumatics, electrical panels, PLC drives, and automation.
