Job Description
Formulate Master Production Schedules (MPS) and Material Requirement Plans (MRP) aligned with customer release orders.
Track raw material and child part inventory levels to support smooth, uninterrupted production runs.
Coordinate with sales, production, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure on-time schedule adherence.
Monitor daily line output against planned targets and adjust capacity allocations for bottleneck operations.
Generate production MIS reports, inventory reconciliation statements, and capacity planning dashboards.

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Production Engineering or Degree in Supply Chain / Operations Management.
3 to 5 Years of core experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) within sheet metal or automotive manufacturing.
High proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced MS Excel.
