Executive – Business Development (HR Tech)

Generate leads and identify potential customers.
Conduct product presentations and follow up with prospects.
Build relationships with clients and understand their requirements.
Support sales activities and business expansion initiatives.
Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Experience in HR Tech or recruitment industry is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
