Events Manager

Lead operations and event planning for experiential marketing campaigns, brand launches, and large corporate events.

Manage complete on-ground operations including production setups, scenic builds, AV systems, and hospitality.

Negotiate pricing and timelines with suppliers, fabrication vendors, and technical partners.

Formulate comprehensive operational plans, run-of-show schedules, and risk contingency frameworks.

Supervise ground staff, technical crews, and brand promoters during live event setups and teardowns.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹4–5.5 Lacs PA.

Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Event Management, Mass Media, Marketing, or related disciplines.

5–8 Yrs of core operations experience in corporate events, experiential agencies, or event production houses.

Proven track record of managing large-scale venue setups, fabrication vendors, and live event crews.

Strong project management, vendor negotiation, and team handling capabilities.
